How Weapons Work

Weapon choice shapes attack timing, reach, resource use, scaling, and active skills. Read every field together: a weapon is not useful to a Build when its requirements, moveset, or skill does not match the intended setup.

Weapon Selection Guide

• Confirm attribute requirements before spending upgrade materials.
• Match verified scaling to the damage attributes used by the Build.
• Test the recovery time and reach of the complete attack chain.
• Select a skill that adds a missing tool such as range, movement, or stagger.

Only records that pass the source, version, and verification workflow appear below. Start with the published Blood-Rusted Sword guide; researching records remain hidden from the public database.

Weapon categories

The database groups verified records by weapon type. Categories help narrow the preferred reach, timing, and general combat rhythm, but they do not replace testing the individual weapon. Category counts and filters never expose researching or placeholder records as published game data.
